I had a blast at the Ringside today 8am - 8:30pm time just flew by … until packup time. I got the craziest sun burn and my voice is shot but I’m too stoked on how fun the day was to really care. In addition to the usual market action I did a bunch of custom work, taught a lesson, lined up several more lessons, saw old friends and made some new ones.

Also - today was Diane’s first time on the torch. We had a little intro sesh at the very very end of the day and she killed it. She made a nicely shaped teardrop pendant or herself and she and Michael were so awesome to keep me company until the kiln was cool enough to pack up.

We just got some CRAzy 😡😠 news from the CRA and may have to move to Oregon a lot sooner than we planned. So I’m going to be in production overdrive mode for the next week or two just in case.

I need to work on summer stock. At last Saturday’s market I noticed that I was super low on starfish pendants. I managed a few yesterday before I got called away - so today is starfish day. I want 20 of these in the kiln (minimum).

3 more 10mm bubblers. I need to make 2 more this morning and have them annealed, cooled and packed ao that I can make the 4pm ferry from Hornby Island. It’s into Vic for one night, sell all the bubblers tomorrow and back on Hornby in time for dinner tomorrow.
